Ash Wednesday:  We observe the start of Lent with a communion service and learn about Jesus’ time of trial in the wilderness.

Maundy Thursday:  this observance of The Last Supper is a communion service held in our Sanctuary.  It traditionally ends in darkness, with the congregation leaving in silence to await the resurrection of Jesus on Easter morning.

Easter Vigil: While not a traditional worship service, our sanctuary is open for prayer and reflection from 6pm-6am the night before Easter.  Members of our congregation sign up for a time slot and spend the time reading, praying or in silent meditation awaiting the resurrection.  Anyone may come to pray at any time during the night.

Easter Sunrise Service:  Our minister leads a sunrise service on Easter morning.  The service has been held  at 53 Woodchuck Hill Road in Harvard – a beautiful spot to watch the sun come up and hear the Easter message.

Easter Sunday Worship:  A traditional service of celebration, including the Hallelujah Chorus.

Christmas Eve : We host two worship service

  • 5pm:  Service of Lessons & Carols, music by our Adult Choir, and a candlelight singing of Silent Night.
  • 11pm:  Candlelight Communion Service with Lessons & Carols.
